Amaris Hospitality put Newcastle County Hotel up for sale

Amaris Hospitality, the UK hotel division of Lone Star Funds, has instructed JLL to sell the 114-bed Mercure Newcastle County Hotel.

The Grade II listed former Thistle branded hotel is being sold on a freehold basis with the benefit of a management agreement with Accor HotelServices but is also available on a vacant possession basis or with a franchise agreement.

The hotel also includes 10 self-contained retail units with a current rent roll of around £177K p.a.
