Crerar Hotel Group announces sale to FICO Castle for undisclosed sum

The privately owned Crerar Hotel Group has announced the sale of its portfolio of 13 hotels with 853 rooms to FICO Castle, a subsidiary of FICO Holdings (UK), whose parent company is FICO Corporation, based in Thailand for an undisclosed sum. Colliers International handled the sale.
The sale not only includes the 13 hotels, but the brand name Crerar Hotels and its short break company, www.easy-breaks.com.
FICO Holdings (UK) is also a joint venture owner of Jupiter Hotels, which will take over management of the properties.

- Deeside Inn, Ballater
- Eight Acres Hotel & Leisure Club, Elgin
- GoGlasgow Urban Hotel, Glasgow
- Craiglynne Hotel, Grantown-on-Spey
- Loch Fyne Hotel & Spa, Inveraray
- Thainstone House Hotel, Inverurie
- Isle of Mull Hotel & Spa, Isle of Mull
- Golf View Hotel & Spa, Nairn
- Oban Bay Hotel & Spa, Oban
- Chevin Country Park Hotel & Spa, Otley
- Scotland’s Hotel & Leisure Club, Pitlochry
- Ben Wyvis Hotel, Strathpeffer
