Garden Holiday Village Hotel in Playa de Muro acquired for €9M

Adults-only hotel Garden Holiday Village in Playa de Muro has been acquired by Next Point Capital Socimi for €9M.
The four star Balearic resort features 132 rooms, fitness centre, outside pool, restaurant and bar. The property will continue to be operated by Garden Hotels.
Also this month Next Point Capital Socimi acquired the former Melia Girona for €6M with plans to renovate the building and appoint a new operator.

El resort mallorquín, que seguirá bajo gestión de Garden Hotels, cuenta con 132 habitaciones, gimnasio, piscina exterior, restaurante y bar.
Tan solo hace unas semanas Next Point Capital adquiría el antiguo Melia Girona por un valor de 6M€ con idea de someterlo a reforma y buscar nuevo operador.
