IHG signs Holiday inn deal for Kensington hotel

IHG has announced the signing of a new Holiday Inn franchised hotel in London's Kensington, which is expected to open in December 2016 following the rebranding of the independent Kensington Close Hotel.

The 694-bed Holiday Inn London Kensington will feature the Holiday Inn 'open lobby', 12 meeting rooms and a health club with indoor swimming pool. It will be operated by Kensington Close Hotel Ltd, which is part of Cola Holdings.
