IHG's Voco brand coming to Edinburgh

IHG's new Voco brand is to open in Edinburgh on Torphichen Street, close to Edinburgh International Conference Centre. The property, which has 150 bedrooms, is currently under construction and is expected to open in April 2020.

This will be the brand's second property in the UK, the first being the Voco St David's Cardiff, the former Principal hotel, which debuted under the Voco brand last month.

IHG first launched the upscale brand in June of this year, with the first property on Australia's Gold Coast.
