Located at 187 Flinders Lane, the 34-room property has been acquired by Virtical for AUD25 milllion, previously known as Core Asset Development.
Originally constructed in the 1990s, the property has meeting rooms, on-site bar, and a restaurant. The new owners plan to revamp the property into its original art deco style.
The Adelphi Hotel sits in the STR Submarket of Melbourne Centre with 170 hotels and 25,971 rooms.
