Oaktree sells Hilton Wembley for £100M

Oaktree Capital Management has sold the 361-bed Hilton London Wembley to Dubai's Al Habtoor Group for £100M. Oaktree previously acquired two 50% stakes in the hotel from Quintain between 2013 and 2015 for a combined £70M. The sale was handled by CBRE and Hodges Ward Elliott.
