Plans submitted for 96-bedroom extension to Holiday Inn Express Excel

Plans have been submitted to Newham council proposing a six storey extension to the Holiday Inn Express adding a further 96 bedrooms to the existing hotel.

The proposed plans also look to add a further meeting room to the hotel, alongside additional dining space in the restaurant.

There are 11 other projects within the Docklands & London City Airport submarket which should all come to fruition would add just under 1400 bedrooms to the supply.
