Plans submitted for mixed use development in Gravesend

An outline planning application has been submitted to Gravesend Borough Council for a phased mixed-use development near Ebbsfleet United Football Club in Gravesend.

Plans drawn up are for the demoltion of existing buildings and development of Northfleet Harbourside site with a multi-use stadium and units for residential, retail and office space, as well as provision of a 55-bedroom hotel.

No decision has yet been made. Should plans be approved, the property would be the 89th hotel in the STR Submarket of Kent West Regional.
